Día de los Muertos - Building our Community Altar/Ofrenda
Through this cultural tradition we honor our loved ones who have passed. In comunidad we built our ofrenda with hand-made tissue flowers, sugar skulls, candles, cempasúchil flowers, and photos of loved ones. Participants will choose to make tissue-paper flowers or decorate sugar skulls. There will be a photo op with Catrinas - iconic skeletal figure from Mexican culture!
