Sevtap Guldor

Sevtap Guldur serves in a dual role as Career Advisor and Employer Relations Manager at

National Louis University, where she has supported undergraduate students for the past 4.5 years.

In this capacity, she prepares students to secure meaningful internships and career opportunities

while building partnerships with employers to create pathways for students during their college

experience and after graduation. She brings decades of global experience and is deeply committed to

empowering young adults, people of color, and underrepresented populations to achieve professional

and personal success.

Her commitment to public service began through fair housing advocacy after completing tester

training with The John Marshall Law School’s Fair Housing Legal Clinic. In this role, she supported

efforts to identify discriminatory housing practices affecting African American and Hispanic

communities. She later contributed to the work of Roosevelt University’s Policy Research

Collaborative, an interdisciplinary center that partners with communities to address social

inequities through research, policy analysis, and advocacy.

A first-generation college graduate, Sevtap earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a

concentration in Social Justice from Northeastern Illinois University. She was conferred a Master

of Public Administration degree from National Louis University in May 2024. Through her work and

advocacy, she remains committed to advancing equitable and ethical practices that

strengthen communities and expand opportunities for future generations.
