About

I design AI-native product teams. As Co-Founder of Fyve Labs, I work with enterprise Product & Design organizations to rethink how pods operate in the age of AI. Job design, collaboration patterns, and agentic workflows are empowering pods to iterate, prototype, and learn as a unit. My work centers on the belief that AI is fostering a shift in product operating models. Designers can spin up working prototypes. Product managers can propose architecture. Engineers can iterate on hundreds of designs. The lines are blurring, and high-performing teams are redesigning roles around capability. This philosophy drives the 1,000 Clay Pots Framework: build fast, experiment together, learn publicly, and evolve as a team. Iteration and experimentation a core pod-level behaviors. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across product management, design, and data science - bridging feasibility, customer value, and execution. I’ve facilitated AI strategy sessions, operating model redesigns, and hands-on capability building for cross-functional teams navigating AI adoption.I also lead Tessa, an AI-powered aging tech platform helping families stay connected to loved ones in memory care, where we apply the same systems thinking to real-world care environments. My work sits at the intersection of: You’re rethinking how your product organization should work in an AI-native world. I’d love to connect.
