Join us for a conversation‑driven workshop that explores how our identities shape the way we show up—and sometimes struggle to show up—on campus. In recognition of the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, this session invites students to reflect on experiences of belonging, exclusion, and the pressures that can drain motivation. Together, we’ll unpack what supports our sense of purpose, what barriers impact our energy, and what helps us stay engaged. Through guided civil discourse, students will discover personal and collective sources of motivation that empower them to feel connected and participate fully in our campus community.
